Taylor Made sales grad Serengeti Empress scored in the Azeri Stakes (G2) at Oaklawn. The Kentucky Oaks (G1) heroine was making her second start after a placing in the Breeders’ Cup Distaff (G1) last year.
The Taylor Made weanling sales graduate was purchased by Dixon Enterprises at the 2016 Keeneland November sale for a mere $25,000. Bred by Tri Eques Bloodstock, she now has surpassed a million in earnings for owner Joel Politi.
